Its a friendly real ale pub, we tend to be in the rear of the main room, some of us usually meet early to take advantage of the excellent pub lunches.

There's an all day car pack just behind the pub with a charge of £2 per day. The bus station is 3-4 minutes walk from the pub. (Facing the Morrisons supermarket, turn left and walk straight ahead, turn into the street opposite the Wellway Health Centre and you'll see the pub on the opposite side of the road.

Its a friendly informal moot, very welcoming to new folk.

The Chillingham is fairly quiet most Mondays, offers real ales, comfortable seats and is convenient for public transport, being close to several major bus routes and only a few minutes walk from the Chillingham Road metro station. The pub has a small car park and there is some adjcent street parking.

Now starting at 8.30pm there is a friendly group of regulars and new folk are always welcome
